One of the smallest dinosaurs ever found, the Compsognathus, lived in the European region at the end of the Jurassic period. Featured in “Jurassic Park 2: The Lost World”, where a pack attacked Cathy Bowman, the girl who was feeding one of the small dinosaurs, who fortunately survived. Subsequently, another pack attacked the hunter Dieter Stark when he got lost in the forest of Isla Sorna, and unfortunately, the hunter did not survive. In “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom” it was revealed that a population of Compsognathus survived Isla Nublar, and in “Jurassic World: Dominion”, the Department of Prehistoric Wildlife confirmed a sighting of Compsognathus in Brazil eating garbage, in addition to its presence in the United States and Europe.
