Exchanges and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The product must be returned unused, with all its accessories and in its original packaging.
For sealed products, collectibles, or items whose packaging is an essential part of the product, the item must retain its seal and original condition in order to process the return.
